(More customer reviews)I was so excited to receive my Bissell Steam Mop after watching the demonstration on HSN. Could this really work as effectively as shown on TV? Yes!!! My floors look new, it took a mere 30 seconds for the Mop to be ready after filling with water and turning on. I love the new features including the flip mopping pad. I used one side in the kitchen flipped the mop head over -not the pad - and continued mopping the bathroom floor. After using the steam mop the floors were shiny and super clean. No more chemicals for my household. I'm in Love !!
