(More customer reviews)I bought this vacuum after my old Bissell Momentum broke. What a world of a difference! The retractable cord makes vacuuming so much faster. It is very light, VERY quiet, and attractively designed to boot. The handle is very ergonomic and I love the O shape on it. The extendable neck is very nice. The pet attachment works amazing for getting cat fur off the sheets of my bed. It's so quiet my cats no longer freak out when it's vacuum time.
This is a GREAT vacuum and I am very pleased with my purchase. The only alarming negative is the belt broke within 10 minutes of my using it! At least the box came with a spare and I installed it easily. I emailed their customer support requesting a new belt. I will see the results but despite that one glaring problem the rest of the vacuum seems solidly built and works great.CONS
