(More customer reviews)The company states that the filters are sold in packs of 12. However, I received just one filter. When I called up customer service, I was told that Amazon had listed the item wrongly! Furthermore, I was told that shipping charges to return the item would not be reimbursed. I would definitely not recommend this seller!
