(More customer reviews)I just got my new Bissell and I put it to work right away. It was easy to assemble and easy to operate. I did everything by the "book", from assembly, operation, and clean-up/storage. My carpets literally look brand new. All of the carpets knap seemed to have been totally recondition during the cleaning process. I am just amazed at how fast the carpet dried. Get this, not only are you cleaning the carpet, the Bissell Pro-Heat is assisting in drying the carpet as well. I read all of the reviews and yes the unit is not a light weight, but who cares, IT WORKS! This thing is worth the money.
